i dont have a single thing i learnd that i didn't already know.

if you have to report an accident that has just happend well then you must find you traind first aid person witch your boss should always be one no matter what most of your co-workers should be if not all of them, if it is just to report that an accident happend well than you have to fill out a accident work she that will stat what happend how it happend what time and when it happend how it was delt with how long with he/she will be gon for if at all needed time off and hand it into your boss and then you and your boss and the persone that got hurt if not all co- workers should have a talk on how this could have been prevented and for a next time situation how can we prevent things like so and so from ever happening again in this workes enviroment. if a fellow worker is aksing you to do somthing that is unsafe or you feel is unsafe and dont feels safe doing, you should always tell he/she sorry im not going to do this task at hand because i dont feel safe doing so and then go tell your boss about it and if he says ah just go and do it you big sissy well it is your right to say no not untill this problem is solved and i can feel safe doing and if that dosent work than once again it is your right to up and quit and if you feel so inclind to go and do it you can get the cops and the workers safty bord and they can and will do somthing about this and probably get your job back and pay for the time that you were uninployed, but always remember it is your right and it is by law your right to be safe and feel safe on the job site your at.
