  1. With the world being ever changing you need to know how to change as well. You need to be able to move forward in what your doing, and to adapt to whats going on around you. You can't just go through life doing the same old thing everyday, because that is not considered living. That is just passing every wonderful opportunity that comes by you up. I think that change can be something that is very good for you. The part that makes change hard is that it often includes new things, risks, and mysteries. It represents the unknown. But how can you say you enjoyed life and everything it had to offer if you never accept any of those risks?
  2. To deal with a changing world you need to be able to believe in yourself and what you want. You have to be open minded and ready for anything that comes your way. You cannot expect your life to work out the way you hope if you close yourself off from everything needed in order to make those dreams come true.
  3. “Is success the type of car you drive, or the size of your bank account? It can be tempting to forget everything learned in university except the simple formula MBA = BMW. Yet I believe that the mark of true success is something more meaningful, more lasting — it is leaving a legacy. This does not mean having a street named after you, or founding a company beginning with your initials. Few can remember the names of history’s kings and queens. Statues crumble. Even the pyramids are covered by the sands of time. A true legacy is a living legacy. Every time a person of colour sits at the front of a bus, we see the legacy of Rosa Parks. Every time a woman casts a ballot, we see the legacy of the Famous Five. If you are important in the life of a child, you will leave a legacy. If you bring purpose, meaning and joy to your family, you will leave a legacy. Just think: Terry Fox’s mother lived an amazingly successful life, as did Nelson Mandela’s father.” Craig Kielburger, children’s rights activist, Trent University.               This quote relates to me, because being successful is something that is very essential in my life which makes it extremely important to me. I also believe that success is not just getting what you want in life. It is doing something and leaving something behind that is meaningful. This meaning(legacy) should apply and inspire to not only you but, everyone thats around you and everyone that is influenced by you.
