The world is always changing. To deal with the change you need to be able to adapt to whatever is changing next. At work we could be getting a machine or new equipment. To use it you need to be able to learn things quickly or adapt to the change. You need the ability to rean and write well, the ability to be creative and innovative in solving problems, the ability to provide knowledge and skills in new settings. "Don't be afraid of making an ass of yourself. I do it all the time and look what ive got" William Shatner. I related to this quote because its basically saying that even though you did mess up things are better.
