1. Yes, I do know some people that have been injured on the job site my cousin Colby has burnt himself in the welding shop, and also when he was working on the rigs he nearly got a concussion from a slip he took down some stairs.
2. I think that injuries are easliy preventable if you have safety rules and precautions in play. Also when you get a new employee they get proper training and also are told of the dangers that exist.
