1) From the video I learned that you always need to be prepared with proper equipment when working, you need to ask questions about anything that you are unsure about, the untrained can be injured very easily, there are many hazards in the workplace, and you always need to be aware of potential hazards.
2) Make sure your employer/boss is aware and then call 911 for help.
3) You should ask your employer for training and refuse any jobs that you dont know how to do.
