I learned that PPE can help you stay safe, noise is a forgotten hazard, ten questons to ask employer before starting work, that you should ask for training instead of just getting someone else to do it for you, and that lamp cords can be a hazard. If injured, you should contact boss/employer, and if you are asked to do something unsafe you can ask someone who is trained for it to teach you, or you have the right to refuse unsafe work.
