1. The Labour Market is the market is which employers find employees and employees find paying work.
2. I should understand the Labour Market because it will help me understand the rate of employment and when the best times are to apply for a job.
3. I found out that the employment rate has risen higher in the last year but also has the unemployment rates. This will keep happening due to new technology being produced each year, so a need for the more simple job like a ticket seller, will be extinct, but jobs like a CTS guy will be growing in need.
4. The current unemployment rate in Alberta is 4.8%
